Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality services to our clients and aim to meet or exceed expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Below are the conditions under which refunds may be applicable:

1. Work Completed and Accepted
Once the client has reviewed and accepted the final work, no refunds will be issued. By accepting the final deliverables, the client acknowledges satisfaction with the services provided.
2. Cancellations Before Work is Started
If the client cancels a project before work has commenced, a full refund will be issued for any payments made.
3. Cancellations After Work has Begun
If the client cancels the project after work has started but before completion, they will be charged for the work completed up until the cancellation date. The amount due will be deducted from the payment already made, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the client.
4. Issues with Work Delivered
If there is an issue with the quality or accuracy of the work delivered, the client should contact us within 7 days of receiving the final product. We will assess the situation and, if deemed necessary, provide a revision or offer a partial refund for work that was not delivered as per the original agreement.
Please note that a full refund will not be issued if the work was completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon project scope and schedule, unless there is a clear error on our part.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as consultation hours or rush orders, may be non-refundable once the work is started. This will be communicated to the client in advance, and the details will be included in the project proposal or invoice.
6. Refund Process
If a refund is due, it will be processed within 14 business days from the agreement to issue a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the client.
