Turnaround is typically 7 to 10 working days from the time your brief is confirmed.

Terms and Conditions
By purchasing any content package or service from RD Holistic Health, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Work
The services provided will be clearly outlined in the chosen package or agreed upon through direct communication. Any work outside the scope may be subject to additional charges, which will be agreed upon in advance.
2. Payment
Full payment is required in advance before work begins. Payment confirms your booking and reserves the agreed turnaround time. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods.
3. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided for each package. These begin once all necessary information has been received from the client. Delays in providing content briefs, feedback, or approvals may impact delivery timelines.
4. Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revisions (see individual package descriptions). Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the first draft. Additional revisions beyond this will be charged at an hourly rate.
5. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information, brand voice guidance, and any supporting documents required for the project. RD Holistic Health is not liable for errors in content resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content and time-based services, refunds are not available once work has begun.
If you cancel before work has started, a full refund will be issued.
If the project has started, a partial refund may be offered at RD Holistic Health’s discretion, based on the work already completed.
No refunds will be given after the first full draft has been delivered.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final approved content. Drafts and unused concepts remain the property of RD Holistic Health unless otherwise agreed.
8. Portfolio Use
Unless explicitly requested otherwise, RD Holistic Health reserves the right to showcase completed work (or portions of it) in portfolios, marketing materials, or social media, with identifying client details removed if needed.
9. Liability
RD Holistic Health will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of written content, including but not limited to compliance, legal, or SEO outcomes. Final responsibility for publishing lies with the client.
